Justin Trudeau brushes off woman’s question during town hall event

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau seemed to brush off or ignore entirely a woman’s question regarding past comments made by the PM on male construction workers in rural areas during his town hall event in Regina on Thursday. Instead of directly answering the woman’s question, Trudeau diverted to talking points about infrastructure payment as many audience members voiced their displeasure. Trudeau is conducting a cross-Canada town hall tour as part of his initial efforts in the upcoming 2019 federal election.
