How to Make Simple and Tasty Vegan Mayonnaise

This is a really simple recipe and is delicious. It works amazingly and is awesome as a dip, with vegan burgers, in sandwiches and however else you’d normally use mayonnaise. The ingredients are: - 275ml rapeseed oil - 85ml soy milk - juice of half a lemon - 1tbsp white wine vinegar - half a tsp of mustard - 1 small clove of garlic - zest of half a lemon - pinch of salt The lemon zest and garlic are completely optional but I usually include them.
