Wall Slide and Wall Angel Exercise - Scapular Stabilization Training

These 2 exercises work wonders at improving scapular kinematics and motion. These 2 exercises also serve as a postural screening to determine if one may need to begin incorporating various corrective exercises into the workout routine. Personally, I’ve found these 2 exercises to be simple, yet highly effective at normalizing my shoulder girdle posture and function. The goal is to complete 3x15 reps for each of these exercises.
