This is workout 3 of 3 of my Booty Transformation Challenge 馃敟 In this workout we will train our Glute Max & Glute Med. We will be using a Weight and a Booty Band to increase the intensity of the workout. It鈥檚 up to you to decide what resistance you will use (I personally like to use a 10kg weight and a medium booty band). Feel free to use more or less! 馃檪 And don鈥檛 be afraid to progress your weight and/or booty band over time for greater booty gains 馃挭
