Full title reads: “Croydon. ’Au Revoir’ Princess Ingrid - our departing guest - charmingly endures ’camera barrage’ on return by air to Brussels.“ Croydon, Greater London. L/S Princess Ingrid of Sweden walks out of building at Croydon Airport. A large number of press photographers and newsreel cameramen are gathered to capture her departure. The Princess says her goodbyes to officials and climbs into the door in a plane. Once again she is surrounded by photographers. C/U of two gentlemen talking - probably VIPs as yet unable to identify. Sound Track Missing. NB No good close shots of Princess Ingrid. The Princess had been romantically linked to Prince George, the Duke of Kent during his recent visit to Sweden.
