ICJ Israel Ruling: Genocide or Not?

This week we heard the initial ruling by the International Court of Justice hearing South Africa’s case that Israel is committing genocide in Israel. Almost immediately, many Western countries withdrew their funding contributions to the UN aid organization assisting Gazans with, well, survival. How did THAT happen?
