The Truth about Reincarnation

How can we look at the process of reincarnation? Why do we have to come back and back again into physical existence? What is internal reincarnation? Does internal or spiritual reincarnation need physical death to occur? What is required in order to go through spiritual reincarnation? All of our development is a form of reincarnation. We can look at it two ways. If we look at it from the viewpoint of the ego, then based on our experience, it seems that we are living and dying. We die and forget everything, and then we have another life. We have to come back into another life because we haven’t fulfilled the correction of the purpose of our life, which is to be able to live beyond this cycle. If we have no knowledge of this process and nobody has ever taught us what internal reincarnation is, then we will see another physical life.
