Hoot me this real-time, one-take vocal cover of Slipknot’s “Eyeless.“ Ooooo’ boy! This song was not easy. Despite having been a fan of Slipknot since 2006, I had only listened to Iowa and Volume 3. Tallah’s drummer, Max, actually had me learn this song so we could play it as part of our live set back in 2018, and I was like, “Wow, I don’t know why I’ve never listened to this album before...“ For anyone wondering, the screaming technique I am using in this video is a false cord/fry hybrid. It is complicated, and if you are just learning how to scream, you should not start there, because it is very easy to overproject it and hurt yourself. I can do normal false cord and fry screams as well, but I do not use them as often because I just like the hybrid tone more. Outside of Tallah and my other solo stuff, I am a vocal coach, so if anyone wants lessons, hit me up at “Red_Nocturne02@.“ I have been doing harsh and clean vocals since 2007, and I am a very accommodating teacher. 🌀 Thank you so much for all of your support! 🌀 #justinbonitz #hungrycovers #tallah
