Somewhere in Deyja. A tribute to Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Might and Magic 7. #shorts

Some time ago I got an inspiration to make a 3d diorama dedicated to two oldie-goldie games - Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Might and Magic 7: For Blood and Honor. They are actually very connected by storyline - you even can see Necropolis style building in MM7 called Watchtower 6 that is inhabited, surprisingly, by ghosts, liches and necromancers. This diorama took me much more time than I expected and if I knew that before, I would probably not even started :) Anyway, here it is. I’ve improved my skills in modelling, geometry nodes (yep, I found it much easier in many cases to do architecture by modelling just primitives and assemble them using GNs) and tried sculpting for the first time. And please have sound on :) “Dies Irae“ gregorian chant melody was haunting me for months and I wanted to extend the last part of the magnificent Necropolis theme from HoMM3 by Paul Anthony Romero @PAULanthonyROMERO so I kinda mixed these two.
