Mary Dukes & The 32-20 Band - Too Much To Drink

Album: The Divine Ms Mary - Buy: Singer Mary Dukes has been performing for almost her entire life and has supplied vocal support for such big name artists as Marvin Gaye, Natalie Cole, MC Hammer, Stevie Wonder, Lou Rawls, Archie Bell, Peggy Adams, and Earth Wind & Fire, among others. Although Dukes has sung gospel and R&B for years, blues remains her true love (her vocal style has often been compared to that of blues great Magic Sam), resulting in the formation of Mary Dukes & the 32-20 Band. The group’s debut recording, Introducing the Divine Ms. Mary, includes a special guest appearance by South Side Slim, as well as organist Deacon Jones (who has played in the past with John Lee Hooker and Freddie King). 🎧 Don’s Tunes is about the music. It’s about the sound. It’s about the real thing. My mission for over 10 years is to collaborate with & promote lesser known, but extremely talented blues & jazz artists and bring you a selection of tune
