Here I am exploring the nightlife of Düsseldorf, western part of Germany, by walking around the busy Bolkerstraße and Rheinuferpromenade (Rhine embankment promenade) with its famous bar and dining streets on a warm summer night in August 2022. You will see the local saturday nightlife with many people dining out and having fun. This walk ends close to the Rheinturm (Rhine Tower) where beautiful Open-Air Salsa Dance performances can be seen. Düsseldorf offers an huge amount of cultural variety, many shopping and leisure options and an amazing nightlife. The Altstadt, which is famous for its bars and restaurants and home to around 250 bars/beer taverns, serves proprietary versions of the city’s brew of choice: The Altbier. Düsseldorf is the capital city of North Rhine-Westphalia, the most populous state of Germany. It is the second-largest city in the state and the seventh-largest city in Germany, and also houses the largest Japanese community in Germany. Many locals, business people, manga fans, otakus and food lovers from all over the world come together here to enjoy Japanese Ramen noodle soup, Sushi, Sake and Altbier.
