Welcome back to the new and improved Kpop Fitness! This is a full three set workout, designed to burn like crazy - seriously this will hurt! If you want to make it even better and more effective, place a resistance band right above your knees. Each jumping move has a ’no jumping’ modification, to make the workout apartment and knee friendly.
During each break, as well as the outro, a ’weekly schedule’ pops up, that lets you know when and how often you should do the workout, if you want to do it as a one or two week challenge. The cardio it recommends can be anything like dancing, running, walking, youtube cardio videos etc. Weekly schedule: day one - cardio this video once, day two - this video twice, day three - this video once, day four - rest, day five - cardio this video once, day six - this video twice and day seven - rest.
