Dark illuminati night home session (160-170kg squats+planche and basics..)
Night workout from today. 160-170kg squats and planches sets, i was tired of recording everything so threw just one sample set each, this was long workout. Finished after 2 hours with 25x48kg deadstop dips. :) I never train endurance and last time when I did not train dips for about half year and tried for fun I did only 15 reps and burned out. This is proof that maximal power transit to endurance without training it. Probably 30 when fresh?? Lets see later... For winter will focus on maximal power only. S
