Operators of FPV drones successfully destroy enemy armored vehicles and personnel Operators of the strike unmanned aerial vehicle unit of the Southern Group of Forces successfully destroy armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and personnel of nationalist units at strongholds. FPV drone operators accounted for more than four dozen destroyed tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, vehicles and about 200 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. The high effectiveness of the use of attack unmanned aerial vehicles is achieved through constant aerial reconnaissance - both during the day and at night using thermal imaging devices. Thanks to the constant exchange of information through combat control channels between units, FPV drone operators are able to strike in a timely manner both when attempting to rotate Armed Forces personnel in positions, and when the enemy is trying to bring in armored vehicles to support their units.
