The Heat invited a panel of experts to discuss the fallout from the release of the U.S. report on CIA interrogation tactics after 9/11 attacks. Ray McGovern, a CIA analyst for nearly three decades. In the 1980’s McGovern chaired National Intelligence Estimates and prepared the “Daily Brief” for U.S. President Ronald Reagan. Sukant Chandan, the political analyst and commentator. Pete Hoekstra, the former chairman of a U.S. Congressional Committee on Intelligence. He was a senior member of the committee that oversaw the CIA during the years covered in the new report.
