This song was a huge turning point for us. We wrote Marching On in August 2015 - the previous 3 months had been a dry spell in the studio. We hadn’t made a single song we were happy with because we were being pulled in so many different creative directions by opinions from the label & the team…even our own self-doubt was holding us down.
