This is a level 2-3 Vinyasa style MMA Flow. This is the sweatiest most cardiovascular class I have done so far. Maybe its more demanding in some ways than the 66 minute vinyasa class. Let me know. The style is MMA SHAPE SHIFT fluid move dance yoga.
This class is great for improving endurance, cardio vascular capacity, body awareness, fluid movement with integrity, building internal heat, balancing hormones, improving joint mobility and stability, improving depression and sadness.
