COVID-19 and the Future of Work

How has the coronavirus changed the way so many people work, and will it last beyond the pandemic? It seems that fewer people want to work, that we do not want to return to things we used to do before the pandemic. Behind this phenomenon, we have to understand, just as Kabbalist Dr. Michael Laitman has been saying, that Covid is not simply an infection that forces us to wear masks, keep social distance, and get vaccinated. These are not the changes that the pandemic has brought us. Instead, our desire received a certain kind of change, a redirection of course. Today, more and more people feel the emptiness involved in running after the constant rat-race of work, which also brings about higher rates of stress and sickness, and instead, wish to devote more of their time to their families.
