Grab your 5-8lb dumbbells for this 18 Minute strength & deep core workout. It’s quick and simple but so effective, and an opportunity to take a moment to “get away“ and spend time on YOU!
It has been so hard to find workouts that are all standing but also working the deep core to lift and repair my deep core after my second c-section.
So, to remedy that, in this workout I have taken exercises that traditionally would be performed laying on the ground and stood them up so that you get the same benefits without going up and down on your mat, or straining your neck & back.
