Elisabetta Manfredini-Guarmani created four major Rossini roles: Almira, Amenaide, Aldimra and Adelaide (I think it’s a coincidence that all start with A). Tancredi is the only opera which is still in the main repertoire, since 1952 (with Giulietta Simmionato in the title role and Teresa Stitch Randall as Amenaide).
