Andre Harris Smooth 8th Grader Dominates at NEO Youth Elite Camp - Class of 2019 Basketball

Andre Harris is a 6’1 eighth grader from Garfield Heights who is a Top 5 player in Ohio’s Class of 2019 Basketball Rankings. At the 2015 NEO Youth Elite Camp Andre Harris showed off a silky smooth jumper, the ability to create off the dribble, and found open teammates in transition and half court situations.
