There is only one true reason why people don’t succeed - they give up early. This is the idea that Brian May (guitarist and back-vocalist Queen) put in the song “I Want It All”, written on May 2, 1989 for the studio album “The Miracle”.
For these reasons, the composition was considered anti-racist in South Africa, interpreted as a song for gay rights, and was a rallying song for African-American youth. Brian May drew inspiration for the song from his wife, who always repeated: «I want it all and I want it now».
The song entered the TOP 10 charts of ten countries, including the UK ranked №3. In the US chart, the single“ I Want It All “ reached №50. Unfortunately, Freddie Mercury himself has never performed this song live.
