Cold War, 1967: U.S. & USSR debate Viet Nam & Israel, Californians rebel!

In 1967, the U.S. and Soviet Union tried to come to an agreement regarding Viet Nam and Israel, but it failed. 1967 also seems to be the year the United States got sucked into the Israeli Tar-Baby! Californians were not happy with the situation and protested while President Lynden Banes Johnson, and Soviet Premier Alexei Nikolayevich Kosygin, was in town.
