Laufey & the LA Philharmonic - A Night at the Symphony - Bewitched Tour (LA Phil Live)- 9/16/2023

Thrilled to have witnessed another milestone in @laufey ’s career. This time, she performed a sold out show with the Los Angeles Philharmonic @laphil outdoors at the Ford Theatre. Especially delighted that I was able to watch with my whole family. More downtime transition on this vid compared to my first Laufey vid from last year for maximum immersion bahaha A perfect mix of new songs from her Bewitched album and old songs, as well as her rendition of some Jazz standards. She gave her rendition of The Nearness of You, which happened to have been played at my parent’s wedding! The soft candle breeze Hollywood hills backdrop LA Phil Laufey serenading us made for an unforgettable night. Also Laufey’s Chanel fits were fire asf. First few songs, the lighting was harsh on my recording, but gets progressively better :) Hoping for the official audio of this night to come out, but here’s a crowd POV of it in the meantime.
