Police Parade (1957)

Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany). Squad of police marching past in the Olympic Stadium at Berlin. Large squad of Police riding slowly round stadium on motor bikes. Police cars (Volkswagen beetles) driving round stadium following the motor bikes. Elevated shot, motorcycles & cars driving round the stadium, quite a lot of dust coming up from wheels. Huge crowd watching. LV. Man crouched on stationery motor bike and other men somersaulting over him onto mat. The first man hits the man crouched on the bike and he falls to the ground. But the following three men still somersault over. They then run across to a spring board beside a car and the first man somersaults over the car on the mat followed by a second man. Man runs up and jumps on spring board and somersaults over 6 horses. Policemen crawl through narrow canvas tunnels. Policemen on cycles crash through wooden barricade. Elevated shot, men running into position for tableau. Huge crowd. The men form the Berlin police star with the Berli
