How to Make Realistic Wired Wool Feathers (Method Two)

This tutorial shares the second technique I devised for making realistic wool feathers that contain a wire spine. Larger and more varied shapes can be achieved with this method, making it the perfect for adapting to other projects. Perfect for adding to 3D felting projects, wreathes or costumes.
