SPOILER FOR SEASON 3 I’m so sad that it’s the last season of Versailles. When I watched season 3, the song “Return to Oz“ by Karliene (my favorite singer / songwriter) came to my mind immediately. Almost every line of the lyrics fits perfectly for Philippe, so I just had to do this, because Versailles is very similar to Oz: Colourful, beauiful and pleasant at first, but then the fear and sorrow sets in.
