Thai Traditional Hilltribe Weaving (Back Strap Loom), Chiang Mai

The back-strap loom is used by the many hill tribes for their weaving, as their nomadic lifestyle makes it difficult for them to set up standing looms. Video taken in Northern Chiang Mai. Maybe these ladies are Palong tribe, but I am not 100% sure.
