ROGER WATERS has long earned the right to do anything in music and he surprised everyone again. 50 years after the release of Pink Floyd’s original album, The Dark Side Of The Moon, he releases the album The Dark Side Of The Moon Redux (2023). But this is rather not a re-recording of a cult album, but a new vision of old material. Gorgeous sound, subtle, delicate arrangements, warm nostalgia, soft, solid presentation, controversial long fragments of just speech, reminiscent of sermons. The opinions of critics and fans are divided, but it is already clear that the album will become one of the most interesting and controversial in 2023. Especially for those who have little time or have not yet decided whether to listen to the album in full, I made a short review of the album from the fragments that I particularly liked.
