People witnessed scenes of chaos inside Sydney’s Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre on Saturday (April 13) as an attacker fatally knifed six people before being neutralised by police. Footage published on social media by an eyewitness, showed crowds of people running to evacuate the mall, as the body of the attacker laid on the ground surrounded by officers. Five of the six victims killed were women, while eight people, including a nine-month-old baby, were taken to hospital with stab wounds, New South Wales Police said.
