Custom Supercharged K10 Firewall Fabrication - LT4 Swapped Chevy Squarebody Ep. 3

This week we’re knocking out some of our final fabrication before we tear this lifted Chevy K10 squarebody down even farther for paint! This supercharged LT4 K10 is getting all the swiss cheese holes in the frame plugged up, and while we’re there welding, we’re also going to measure out and fabricate our King Shocks bump stop mounts that came in our ORD kit! We’re not stopping there with frame work either. Our front shock hoops are blocking the best path for our steering shaft, so we’re knocking out a chuck from the hoop, and reinforcing it so we can have the best steering angle to turn the massive tires that are going on this off road K10! The cab of the squarebody is getting worked on this episode too, with some custom sheet metal for the fire wall. All the awkward bumps, divets and holes in the original firewall just didn’t look up to par for the truck we’re building.
