FINISHING: Cross Stitch into a DRUM PINKEEP with Vonna The Twisted Stitcher
In this video, I show you step by step how to finish your cross stitching into a Drum Pinkeep. There are many ways to come to the same finished product. This is the way I do it, the way I taught myself to do it, the one I think stands up to unwavering beauty in display in my home.
Things I use for this finish include:
Stitched Piece
Interfacing - P44F Pellon
Mountain Mist Fiber Fill
Cotton Quilt Batting
Mat Board
Crushed English Walnut Shells (sold as Lizard/Reptile/Bird Litter)
Thread
Bees Wax
Needle
Scissors
Rotary Cutter/Ruler/Self Healing Mat
Sewing machine (this can be cut out if you want to hand sew the single seam)
