i’ll never forget the day we wrote “ woman “ . kesha and drew pearson and i . kesha came in and sat down and said “ i have an idea ... “ and started singing “ I’M A MOTHERF*****G WOMANNN !!! “ and we were both like YES PLEASE . we had so much fun with it . she wanted to write something anthemic and powerful . it’s been so fun to cover this song . one of my favorites ever .
