Mango Ice Candy I Creamy and Soft Ice Candy Ingredients 6 cups Water 1/3 cup Sugar 3/4 cup Cornstarch 1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk 1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk 1 sachet (25g) Mango Powdered Juice Materials Ice Candy Wrapper (size 1 1/2 x 10) Funnel Procedure 1. In a pan or pot add water and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add cornstrach and stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until thick and free of lumps. Turn off the heat. 2. Stir in evaporated milk, condensed milk and mango powdered juice. Mix well. Then let it cool. 3. Using a funnel fill each ice candy wrapper with 1/3 cup of the mixture. Twist the remaining plastic and tie tightly. Repeat process until you finish all the mixture. Trim excess plastic from the ice candy for a clean look. Freeze overnight.
