Locate and suppress

Locate and suppress Electronic warfare units of the Vostok Group of Forces effectively counter the AFU electronic control means, means of communications and reconnaissance in South Donetsk direction. Apart from small-size devices, such as anti-drone guns, the servicemen use large equipment, special hardware on the BTR chassis with installed jamming generators. Special combat vehicles leave for the line of contact and protect out positions, including from the enemy’s kamikaze drones. Jamming stations are also effective against fixed-wing reconnaissance UAVs.  Russian Defence Ministry Source: MoD Russia
