SWEAT FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT with Dumbbells | Circuit Series Day 5
A high intensity circuit to work your whole body for 30 minutes combining bodyweight and dumbbells for an intense session! We will HIIT this HARD!!
For this HIIT workout you will need your mat, a pair of dumbbells and a chair!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each!
There are 5 exercises within each circuit! We perform the first and second circuit for 3 rounds in total, and 2 rounds for the third circuit!
The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest before moving to next exercise!
