Portland, Oregon is widely considered one of the country’s best pizza cities (apologies to New York). With naturally leavened dough and locally sourced, seasonal produce being the norm, it now takes a lot to open a pizzeria in the City of Roses that stands out. No Saint makes the cut. Just ask Anela Malik, who visited the wood-fired hot spot and tried the potato pie: “That was perfection. I’d eat it every day.”
