designing and coding wfh day • time to create something awesome 🖥🍵✨ if you’ve been struggling these days with finding balance.. i hope what i have to say below helps you 🫶🏼 💛 comment below how you’ve been feeling lately, and if you’ve been able to find the perfect balance between productivity & happiness in your life! desk setup links: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • sometimes we get so caught up on moving forward, and getting things done that we lose sight of who we are and why we are doing this in the first place. it’s like when we take a break.. we immediately feel like we are slacking and things are about to crumble. 🌪 life shouldn’t feel this way though. we have to reprogram our mindset to listen to our feelings and not just push them aside. 🌱 we are like plants that need watering and sun. sure. they’ll survive without some sun or water for days.. but the plant will be extremely stressed and begin wilting. you can water the plant and it’ll heal and sprout upwards again, but it is still damaged and will probably have a lower lifespan from the stress. ☀️ i try to think of this analogy i thought of one day. we need to take better care of ourselves, and not just underwater ourselves just “because we can handle it”. it’ll hurt us in the long run. that’s when it’s important to reset & relax. 🧘🏻‍♀️ the things we do should come from a source of positivity & creativity. not negativity & fear of falling behind. as long as youre happy and creative doing what you’re doing, the results will come the happiness will shine through and inspire others. 🌤
