ESO - Stamina Necromancer DW/Bow PVE Build (102k+) - Scalebreaker

Here we have a Stamina Necromancer Dual Wield/Bow PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for Scalebreaker. I will show one rotation but describe several others in the description below. Here I will not describe any rotation which relies on Detonating Siphon. Bitterly disappointing that it still doesn’t work, since it is amazing for sustain (costs no resources) and does decent AOE and Single Target damage too. With Siphon, 106k is possible.
