Want to know the secret to incredible focaccia every time? A cold, refrigerator rise. This focaccia bread recipe is nearly foolproof (especially if you use a digital scale) and incredibly delicious. It’s one of my favorite breads to make year-round — I love it in the winter to serve with soups, and I love it in the summer to use for sandwiches.
