How to Set up The Bullet COMP Speed Rope | Sizing, Adjustments and Accessories

The Bullet COMP is a premium speed jump rope, designed with dual ball bearings to create the world’s fastest jump rope. It allows you to crush double unders and speed footwork. To get the most out of your rope, it’s important to set it up correctly. We’ve put together this short video with Professional CrossFit Athlete Samuel Kwant to demonstrate how to set up your rope after you receive it in the mail. Pay attention to the following tips. Important Tips • Keep the side closest to the cable stop loose so it can rotate around the cable. • No tools needed to tighten the handle on the cable. • Use the heat-shrink tubing to give the handle a “sticky“ place to grip the cable and protect your cable from splitting.
