As I was reading this book to Hani I was thinking, do I want her to start acting as ‘stubborn’ as the ‘Little Princess’? At what cost? 😂 but I definitely do want her to be assertive, which is what the Little Princess surely is. I picked up four Little Princess books for £1 each from @poundland! I love going to the Poundland book section as it gives me a chance to refresh my daughters book selection, especially since we can’t pop over to the Library. Activity Ideas 1. Create a story map of what the Little Princess forgets 2. Clouds of ideas of what the Little Princess can do 3. Tuff spot - fill with camping bits such as a log, small pillow, pot for food etc. 4. Fill a suitcase/bag with your child - what would you take along with you on a trip? 5. Create a crown and role-play the story.
