Cao Cao and Yuan Shao at Guandu

三國 From episode 27 of the 2010 Three Kingdoms television series (战官渡袁本初败绩). Cao Cao distracts Yuan Shao, delaying the Battle of Guandu so that the sun will be in the enemies’ eyes when they fight, and so that his cavalry will have time to circle around Yuan Shao’s flank. This is one of the decisive battles of the Chinese Three Kingdoms Era, a period of civil war between the fall of the Han Dynasty and the rise of the Jin Dynasty approximately 1,700 years ago. Featuring Chen Jianbin as Cao Cao and Xu Wenguang as Yuan Shao.
