Some of you may be experiencing latency while recording vocals or instruments through the Mbox. More specifically, when the recording is occurring, you are hearing it back late in your headphones or your monitors - this is recording latency. This can easily be fixed by telling your Mbox that you want to hear what’s going in the microphone, before it goes to Pro Tools. This video will show you how, and the result, is Zero Latency Recording.
Note: Your buffer settings should be as low as possible in Pro Too
