DAY OF THE DEAD in Mexico City 2022 (Día de los Muertos)

In this video, we tick something of our bucket list - participation in “Día de los Muertos” festival (Day of the Dead) in Mexico - check ✅ Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead in English is a holiday for remembering and celebrating those who have passed on from this world. It’s almost a week of festivities holding different events across the country, showcasing the best of “calacas” (skeletons), ofrendas (altars), calavera (face painting), colours, lights, marigold flowers and much more! It’s a festival not to be missed whilst you are visiting Mexico. This video was filmed on October 29th 2022, during the main Mexico City parade around Zócalo (Historical Center). It was truly incredible to see all the participants marching down the roads of Mexico City, wearing colourful costumes and putting on an amazing show! Have you ever attended Day of the Dead festival?
