HARD HITTERS WORKOUT: Weighted Muscle-ups + Power Moves

Another epic rep session with the UK hard hitters. Again, a lot of reps and sets were done that day, and I barely got a fraction of it on film. Started off with weighted muscle-ups sets from 10kg - 20kg. Then bodyweight sets. After a ton of reps and sets, strict power moves were done, then back to reps n sets again!
