Natural disaster 3 October 2022. Cities and villages are sinking! Water level rises three meters in Nghe An, Vietnam Heavy rainfall and flooding in the north-central region caused massive damage to homes and roads. In Thanh Hoá, and Nghệ An 28 houses saw over 75 per cent of their structure damaged, 152 had their roofs blown off. The disaster also damaged 127 schools and 82 bridges.
