Illegal home invasion. Russian police officer broke into the hostel room where two girls from Uzbekistan lived. He demands to give him their documents, in spite of the fact that the Law indicates that police has a right only to check documents but not withdraw them. Two girls was detained in Yakimanka police department. Russian police falsificated administrative case materials to avoid accusing police officers of a crimes of illegal detentions and illegal home invasion. Russian police blamed girls for living outside the place of registration inspite of the fact that they have been living in a hostel for 2 days only Although the law indicates that a foreigner have to registrate in a new place of living in 7 working days.
