Karl Malone elbows Isiah Thomas - ( 40 stitch lesson )

Vicious sledge-hammer elbow by Karl Malone on Isiah Thomas back in December of 1991. The hit caused Isiah to get 40 stitches near his eye. Ironically enough, Malone would only get ONE-game suspension. Dominique Wilkins once said of Karl Malone and I quote “ You’re a cheap-shot artist. You’re not a man. You always go out there to hurt somebody smaller than you.“ Thus a very bold statement maybe there was some truth in it afterall, U decide ?!?
