Boxing Punches on the Punch Machine (Which Punch Does the Best?)

I tested out different boxing punches on the punch machine using fundamental technique to see how well they do in comparison with the big haymaker punch most people do. We also find out the difference in power if you step forward with the jab or the cross vs not stepping; or if you cut the angle with the hook vs no angle.
